Residential Advisory and Execution

Selective buy-side and sell-side advisory for prime residential assets where process control and execution materially affect outcomes. Residential brokerage services are executed through ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Commercial Advisory & Land Acquisition

Strategic advisory for land acquisitions, assemblages, and income-producing commercial assets. Focus includes site evaluation, entitlement analysis, and partnership structuring with developers, operators, and specialist partners. 

Alternative Capital Strategy and Selective Co-Investment

Advisory on structuring joint ventures, capital formation, and investor positioning. The firm participates selectively through proprietary co-investments, where aligned with client objectives. Engagements include commercial assets, development opportunities, alternatives and high-value residential projects.

Team

Matthew Wilkens - Founder and Principal

Matthew brings two decades of experience across asset management, structured transactions, and cross-border investments. Previously, he managed over $1B in fixed income portfolios at Goldman Sachs and led more than $1B of real estate joint ventures and capital formation initiatives for Grupo Kallas (Brazil). He holds an MBA from Yale University and maintains Series 3, 7, and 63 securities registrations.

Ben Andrews - Operating Partner

Ben brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of income-producing and service-oriented assets. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than 400 transactions totaling over $1 billion across 25 states. In addition to his role with 44 Greenwich, Ben serves as Managing Partner of Forest Street Capital Management. He previously held the position of Head of Investments at Newport Capital Partners and senior roles at Sperry Van Ness (SVN) and The Staubach Company. Ben holds a B.A. from Trinity College.
